Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The Kapha spice mix is really tasty and is easy to pop into any stirfry, soup, dal etc to elevate my meals and help balance my Kapha dish’s at the same time.

I attended one of Sarita’s Winter Wellness Workshops at Mahi Yoga way back in 2021 where she shared some of her recipe’s in the handout, one being Ayurvedic Winter Porridge which incorporated Kapha Mix. Ever since that’s the ONLY way I prepare my porridge! So delicious and warming.
