Secondary crate door
We have not had to use the secondary crate door yet. We got it in case of a car accident where the door on one end could be blocked by debris we thought it was a good idea to have another exit to get our dog out of the crate.

Sturdy and fits my dog comfortably
I reviewed a lot of different crate companies that had crash tested crates and landed on this one because it was the only one that fit my dog. I have a GSD and he is very long. I tried 2 crates in person (Ruffland and Lucky Duck) at Bass Pro and I tried the largest size in both and even when he laid down curved like he normally does, his feet were smooshed into the corners. All the other crates I looked at were the same and weren’t long enough. Till I found this one, and the measurements were perfect! He is able to sit up, turn around, and lay down comfortably without being smooshed. It also fits well in my 2008 Honda CRV, I did take the backseats out for a more comfy setup that still allows room for other stuff as well as groceries. My dog had no trouble getting in and getting used to it. I got the double door so that I can feel better that in case of an emergency, I could get him out by me as well as through the trunk like I normally do. I like the safety clamps, they seem very secure and then I don’t have to lock it each time I open it. But they do give keys so you have the option to lock both doors. I got the light blue color and it is very visually pleasing! I look at this crate as an investment that I will have for a long time, especially since there is still room for my dog to grow a bit and still fit comfortably in it. It also puts my mind at ease that he has safe in case something happens.

White crate
Love the crate, love the 2nd door for ventilation. Would like a crate option with ventilation in the top. The door handle works really well, too.
