Ordered a pod Diffuser for daughter for Christmas. It wasn't arriving so I contacted the customer service team. They couldn't have been nicer. Told me it was returned to them so I had the choice if refund or reordering. My daughter chose to reorder and the Diffuser was delivered promptly. She was delighted with her present. Imagine our surprise when a second Diffuser arrived days later. It was the original order which had found its way to us. I contacted customer service again and we had a pleasant exchange of email, ending with them offering it to me to keep! It was a wonderful end to what had been an excellent, personal and professional service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic set

Bought as a Christmas gift for my partner and we have both felt the benefit. The soothing trickle of the diffuser with the soft light and calming oil really adds to a relaxing environment. Which we desperately need going back to work in January.
