Muzata 1/8" T316 Invisible Black Swage Lag Screw Tensioner CR73

Looks great but

The lag screws look great. But after installing, they tend to lose their tension. I have had several that have not been able to tighten without pulling loose. Then I have to re-cut wire and screw them in even further. Also goes on stairs tend to have water Leak into the hole and soften the wood. Not sure if sealing them under the washer would help or not.

fix how you address your customer. why would you call a client by the name of their credit card? other than that customer service is excellent!
