So far so good!

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. The pillow was nicely packaged, and I like how it's made in Canada by a Canadian company. It seems pretty high quality with no weird plastic smell, and I had a good night sleep last night. Will continue using it to see if it fixes my sleep issues!

Disappointing in many ways

You know, the whole experience has been a little odd. I wanted to support local, and not just buy a cheap wedge pillow off Amazon. So I ordered the Polysleep wedge and a mattress protector. The wedge was beautifully made, great construction and craftsmanship. I tried it for 2 nights. After the first night I noticed my shoulders were a little sore. No big deal, so I tried it again a second night. Woke up with a worse shoulder ache. I figured the foam was just too firm for my body size. So I started the return process (prior to purchasing the pillow I'd made sure to check the return policy and I felt confident that I could try the pillow given the seemingly accessible policy). Follow the instructions in the return email I recieved... wait 5 days, plus 1 to give a little extra time. Then after hearing nothing back and seeing no refund, I have to send another email asking if my return has even been received or processed. I'm then told, "As per the tracking number we have a confirmation that it was delivered. We will follow up with our team today to confirm that we can process the return." Which, at this point, was another day. So the item has just been sitting in the return area of the warehouse? And now I'm still waiting to see if they "can process the return." Keeping in mind that the item was sent back in a timely fashion, still in the original box, in the original packaging, with tags on, and only tested for 2 nights. So, here I am. Leaving a very poor review because, well, the pillow didn't work, and the process has been disappointing to say the least.
