Faulty Part

I received a faulty part and have requested a new one to be sent out, it’s taken a while for an email to be sent back to me on this topic. when they did they sent me a return label for me to return it back to them- but then my car would be without a part ? as i wouldn’t of received the new one yet. I appreciate people maybe busy, but i also called and was just told to email in the end so no help over the phone really either.
