Fine but nothing necessary

I liked it, beautiful and useful but didn’t really clean anything significant off of my clusters and they had to be brushed out a lot after to not be clumpy.

Broken after 2 uses, customer service unhelpful.

My wife was delighted at first with this as a gift, but after 2 uses I saw that the brush had broke, split in multiple places. She was too grateful to complain about it but agrees that it’s pathetic for a product to be broken after 2 uses. Customer care didn’t seem to be bothered, wouldn’t exchange it and told me to reorder a replacement if I wanted one. My wife is a qualified lash technician who knows what she’s doing but this was a gift for personal use. I wonder if she’ll carry on using Tatti for her clients after this?
