One end not sharp

I am disappointed with the straight edge end of this tool because it is not sharp. I looked at it under magnification and the edge appears to have been plated or polished after being ground leaving the edge blunted and rounded over. Thus, it does not catch the cuticle to push against the nail as well as it would, had it been ground after being polished or plated.
