Ohio State Ornament

I purchased this ornament for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has Been accepted to Ohio State and will start in August. I didn’t look at The ornament until she opened it. It was strange. The bottom of the hoodie was missing and there were no pieces in box. We took a picture of it. I sent an email telling you about it. I assume you got the email. I was hoping you would send her a new one. It is a cute ornament. I was Hoping you would send her a new one. I have lots of your ornaments on my tree and love them all!
