Cause i paid extra for it to arive faster but still got it after 8 days not very happy but it alright cause the necklace is very good and pretty

The necklace was great but I am not happy with your customer service. I paid extra to get my parcel in time but I didn´t. Those things happen and I understand that, but I don´t think I should pay that extra shipping cost. I have tried to reach you by email and chat but I get no respond. That is bad customer service in my opinion.

Hey, i love how it looks but i have one issue I don't believe that my neck is suppose to get green,blue ish. Ither way I love the problem
