Delivery Fee and Service Terrible

The item was well received as a gift. The carbon footprint for the delivery was appauling. It travelled from Spokane, Washington, to Chicago, Toronto and finally back to the west coast to Victoria, BC. I was told it was going to be mailed by USPS. It was not. The delivery fee was crazy expensive and it took nearly a month to arrive. I sent something via USPS from New York and it arrived in 9 days. I will not be ordering again until their carbon footprint and delivery services are vastly improved!
