Beautiful ornament

Great experience and quick delivery. This is a glass ornament, but it came cracked. It was a Christmas present, so I had to glue it together. When I called, they told me this happens in shipping. I just wish they would have replaced it. But I've bought many items and all are decent quality.d all are decent quality.
