Good contract

It’s a great contract that covers all the bases. I was a bit disappointed to hear that there was no document that went along with that explained the legal terms and what things really mean. They sell courses or videos but everything you buy today comes with a manual. We need to be able to explain to our clients what each section means for them/us. I don’t think there should be an additional fee for that. I reached out to their support, they replied quickly, but the reply itself felt a bit rushed in explaining the answer to my question. There is a FAQ section on their website but it doesn’t quite cover everything, just some definitions of basic terms, which is helpful but in the end it doesn’t help us translate it all to our clients. I think a general explanation for each section of the contract and how it’s meant to be interpreted should come with it. Based on that information I think it was a bit pricy. Overall it’s a good contract and I did have a lawyer look it over, but there are some draw backs to the purchase itself.
