Photobooth Photography Contract

The Purchased Contract does a good job covering the basics, like payment terms, travel fees, props, and what happens if the event is canceled. It also explains ownership of the photos and gives the company control over how images are used. But it leaves out some important protections that most photo booth businesses need. It doesn’t clearly explain what happens if guests act unsafe or harass staff, doesn’t set rules for “unlimited prints,” and doesn’t make sure the client provides hot meals during long events. It also misses details about using elevators for heavy equipment, what happens if the booth has downtime, how minors are handled in photos, and how late payments or chargebacks are managed. Overall, it works as a starting point but lacks key terms that protect both the operator and the client.
