Ordered 3 XXL caps of different styles and this one fits quite snug and leaves a slight red mark on my forehead, where the other two are perfect. The cut of this is also shallower than the Cool Air and Original versions. Those come to just below the top of my ears, whereas this model sits over a fingerwidth above it. Since it is going to be worn in inclement weather, it may come off easier without that depth, even with it being a much tighter fit. I love my Scally's though and recommend the other 2 models for those of us with bigger noggins.

Great purchase. I’ve been looking for a cap I can wear for rainy, misty days and this is perfect for my needs. As with my other Scaly caps, the workmanship and fit are excellent.

This cap really is durable and very breathable. I love it for unloading the truck at work.
