Checkerboard Game Board and Pieces

Board is average and therefore overpriced.

Board is nice. It's sad to see everything made out of MDF and not solid woods anymore, it definitely cheapens the overall feel. It's made here in the United States and that means a lot, to me at least, but a label on a product that uses the same materials as something made in China doesn't justify the added expense. The edges of the checker pieces need to be smoother, they scratch the printed surface of the playing field very easily. I have a checkerboard from the 70's that wears better. And lastly, at least glue the magnets so they're centered. That 3 star rating is pushing it.
