Missing a Piece — Again

We own 42 Dowdle puzzles and we’ve given our 4 oldest grandchildren Dowdle puzzles every Christmas for many years. We never had a problem until this year, when we’ve had TWO puzzles with a missing piece: the 1,000-piece Niagara Falls and a 500-piece Austin puzzle. We hope this is a fluke and not a sign of reduced Quality Control. Honestly, it isn’t us — there are no pets or small children in the house, just 2 older adults. We still love this puzzle brand -- especially when it’s a puzzle of a place we have visited. Such fun!
