I have an Aquasure Harmony 48000 grain whole home water softener. I love the way it softens and conditions our hard water. Like all equipment; breakdowns occur. My water meter on the system was not working. I called the Aquasure team up; they had me do few troubleshooting steps found out it was in fact broken. They sent me a replacement part and complete simple instructions to repair. They system is back to perfect condition. The water Aquasure water softener is an excellent product and the customer service team is even better.
