Rex Hercules IR Unbreakable helicopter

The Rex Hercules IR Unbreakable helicopter did not work out of the package and I'm very displeased. It appears the helicopter charges, but the remote doesn't seem to work. All batteries have been installed properly in the remote. It just doesn't control the helicopter at all.

Broke in 5 minutes of use

This is not unbreakable. It broke in 5 minutes. They sent us a replacement and it did not work at all. Junk

Broken left throttle

Unable to use… The left throttle on the remote was broken right out of the box. Customer service center has not picked up my dozen phone calls and I have not heard back from the email I sent them regarding them sending me paperwork so I can return it and get a new one.
