Women's La Montaña Fleece Bottom - Black

Very disappointing!

I have ordered and worn Hot Chilly's for years and have always loved them. I ordered some as recently as two years ago and they fit great! This time, however, even though I ordered the exact same style number, style name, and size, they didn't fit at all. They had huge bulging-out thighs like old time jodhpur riding pants and a tiny waist. I thought perhaps they just needed to be washed so I washed them, but the thighs still stuck way out and the fit, except for the waist, was very baggy and loose. The problem is, the waistband was so tight that I couldn't possibly go down a size. In fact, I had to cut the waistband in order to wear them at all. And although I've called customer service multiple times and left messages to try to find out if there's a different style that would fit better, perhaps even a men's instead of a woman's, no one has returned my calls. Very disappointing!
