Bad quality

Given the $276 AUD price, this quality is not acceptable. The ring shows visible cracking at the joint, uneven soldering, warping/out-of-round shape, and damage around the hallmark. These are structural defects, not cosmetic issues, and raise durability concerns for daily wear. am requesting a refund or replacement.
