I have some medical issues which typically make it uncontrollable to sit or stand for long periods of time. I got the Husband pillow with the roll of the dice so see how it would help compared to other options I've tried. It makes it comfortable enough for me to sit for long periods of time. In fact I liked it so much I purchased a second one for my wife.
