Inaccurate descriptions and poor customer service

Items arrived quick enough but nothing like the photos. Was advised they had received ‘a dodgy batch’ that didn’t match photos. Then no reply to emails or offer to cover return postage.

Super fascinator.

Colour was exactly as depicted and it arrived on the expected date. It was comfortable to wear and stayed in place. Great Company to order from.
