Terrible customer service

I emailed this company 5 times, called and left a message and still no response. I was trying to return and I can’t even get anyone to respond to me. Never ever again would I order from this company

Disappointed

This definitely was not the quality I thought it was. The matcha is very weak. It has required nearly 3x’s the amount the directed and still no taste of matcha. I have reached out to the company multiple times for over two weeks now with one response asking if I ordered it from their corporate site?? I will be contacting the BBB on this sadly. They’ve had adequate time to resolve this with me. I would not recommend this company if your seeking genuine matcha!!
