Terrible customer service

I emailed this company 5 times, called and left a message and still no response. I was trying to return and I can’t even get anyone to respond to me. Never ever again would I order from this company

Matcha whisk

I am happy with the whisk. I do like the matcha too! Not too grassy but nice flavor and affordable.

Love the whisk which I have been using since January. The scoop splintered after a few uses and I contacted the company to let them know and received no reply. Love the matcha! And have it nearly daily.
