Bought for my daughter's birthday I ordered it with the named box unfortunately the box had a spelling mistake, so I gt in touch and recieved a telephone call from the company and by the next day he had upgraded the box and arrived the next day!!! The most exquisite necklace, it is beautiful. The presentation box is unique and sets off the jewellery. Customer service is exceptional. We asked for a particular inscription & the Team duly delivered. We were so impressed we've ordered matching earrings. Communication was excellent throughout & item arrived quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough - we'll be using again
