Beautiful but they squeak and aren't comfortable

The shoe is beautiful but the left one squeaks and the right one cuts into my big toe. I buy Spring Step shoes because I can always count on comfort. I'm going to try some non-slip foot pads to see if that helps (maybe my foot is slipping down too far IDK) but the bling is scratchy too so we'll see. This is the first problem I've ever had and I've purchased many shoes from this company. A $70 pair of shoes should be comfortable.
