The sellers immediately sent me a replacement, and, at my request, walked me through repairing the damage, so now I have two combs that are as functional as they are beautiful! The horn is surprisingly heavy - it feels much sturdier in my hand than the plastic I used to use, and it doesn't make my hair as frizzy. The craftsmanship is excellent.
