Red Hot 100 Art Book - Limited Edition + Free Shipping

I wish I could rate the quality of this product but I never received it. I ordered 3 items. I notified Red Hot 100 that I had not received the order. My Post Office has no record of the tracking number and the tracking information shows the package in Cardiff at 10:30 AM and the delivery attempt 10 hours later. It’s a 13 hour flight to my nearest major airport and a 4 hour drive from there to my house. They have done little but tell me to wait or contact Royal Mail. When I contact Royal Mail I am told my postal code doesn’t match what they have on file and I can’t file a claim because it’s the Seller’s responsibility. I don’t have the product I paid for, I can’t file a claim with Royal Mail, and the latest update is to wait until the end of this month and I may get a partial refund. I have tried to be patient but now it’s been well over a month and I’m told I may only get a partial refund for my nearly $200 order when I don’t even want the money, I want the product I ordered!
