Found online, wanted to be sure could be contiguous, so contacted them by phone. They answered the phone right away, and efficiently processed and shipped -- in my mind I am thinking " Wow, would be wonderful to have Hai Trim team run / teach other places how to interact that way in business." Trim itself fun and delightful -- headed to adorn an outfit that the bride-to-be special requested with a smile and pseudo dare...nice to know it came from a good place.
