The Chapman Proposal

For a “premium” company and product, pretty disappointing. Extremely long shipping time (a week for the product to even arrive). Once i got it, there was some marring on the surface which i emailed then about. They told me it was just the way the fabric is, which i dont agree with but whatever. Also the color was clearly brown when the website depicted black. Their response to that was just that the color looks different than photos. Requested a refund and sent it back the same day. They receieved it a couple days later. Its been almost 2 weeks now and no notification or refund. Nearly everything i purchase these days is online and ive never had to deal with a company that takes so long for everything. For a premium product like this ($85 for a small ring box) i would have hoped the logistics, order fullfillment, shipping, and quality control would be better. Ultimately etsy saved the day…quality and selection were miles better. Was expecting better. Disappointed.

Well crafted and honestly came out better than I expected!!
