Personal Power Plate

Great workout hack

I wasn’t sure about buying the ‘Personal’ model or the ‘Move’ model that is significantly more expensive. The Personal model is excellent for my home. Very well built, solid and not too big. For vibration equipment I would not trust any other brand than power plate, as there can be risks to the brain if vibrations aren’t right. Northern Fitness service was excellent. Shipment was quick.
