Great item, once again terrible delivery

The price & quality of the item was great! Unfortunately for the 2nd time running, the item wasn’t shipped & them mysteriously shipped using the same Royal Mail delivery code once I notified the website….royal mail dispute that the number can be scanned twice & advised it was never dispatched to them in the first place. So buy if your not in a hurry for the item, as this is the 2nd time it’s happened & I’ve never had any issues with Royal Mail apart from with this website
