Good quality, disappointing communication
Picked up two gym shirts and the quality is excellent. The only issue I had was the lack of communication around the shipping delay.
A few days after placing my order, I emailed asking for an update, and only then was I told the shirts were out of stock and that the backorder was expected the following week. It would have been great if this was made clear when purchasing, or at the very least communicated proactively after the order was placed.
Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the customer communication could definitely be improved.
