New Stewart Golf Q Follow

First receiving the Q follow, I liked it but It came banged up a little, the main collapse lever didn’t work. When I reached out, they were sending a new lever for me to install and they said the scuffs that were on the trolley not to worry about even though I just spent 3k. While using the trolley, I liked it a lot but the follow me feature was not working, every time I was in follow me mode The Bluetooth would click off and the trolley would be sitting in the fairway with me 100 yards away. Started speaking with a girl named Carlie try to resolve the issue( repaired and then tried a new remote) started off good and then she just completely ignored me. Had to call a bunch of times for weeks!! and in the end result I had to return and dispute through American Express because nobody was getting back to me.

Nice Cart

Just started using this cart this week. I’ve had two other electric carts over the last four years. The Q Follow seems to be more stable than the others going over rough terrain. I switched to the Q Follow for the follow me function. So far, the follow me function has been a little erratic, as it has stopped following without my input. I contribute this to user error, I hope I can resolve this over the next few weeks. Controlling by remote works fantastic, although it seems to jump when starting to go forward. I’ll update this review after I’ve had the cart a bit longer.

First use today; 29 holes Pulls to the left on manual I'm not sure how to adjust that; the manual isn't great regarding folding I haven't loaded the app yet to see if videos are available On follow mode, it hit my calf once; I have learned to stop and then press the stop button I had wanted to keep it on follow without having to deal with the remote all the time It seems this is not possible despite youtube video as it gets too close for me to make a shot Overall, I'm very happy but there are no accessories; re cup holders, basket, umbrella holder, etc It feels a bit nickel-and-dimed for such a pricey (but best-in-class) product Please let me know how to adjust the alignment for it pulling left; it isn't intuitive looking at it; I haven't looked on line yet
