The controller's quality came out really great as well as the artwork. The staff were quite polite and took their time to cater to my needs especially for custom button placement and the overall feel for the controller itself. The brook board worked out of the box and I was instantly playing with it without much setup required as it followed standard brook shortcuts to select which controller type was being emulated like PS5/PS4 and XInput.

Turned out great & was packaged with care

I knew when I opened the package there was no way it would be damaged, lots of tape outside and many layers of bubble wrap inside. The print looks great, I would definitely use this service again. I did have a small issue with missing or wrong items from the total order & they fixed it for me right away, great customer service.
