I was very impressed by the professionalism, quality of service, and responsiveness regarding my camera’s repairs. This is my first and only Super 8 camera, and Daphne was very patient and communicative throughout the process. She kindly answered all of my questions and explained the repairs in detail. My camera required a motor, shutter, and gearbox lubrication, as well as a light meter adjustment. They also replaced the side cover and the 85 filter switch. The turnaround time was surprisingly quick, especially considering that I shipped the camera from Canada. When I received it back, it was running smoothly and performing beautifully. I was truly blown away by both the service and the final result. These guys are experts. I would highly recommend working with Pro8mm and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
