Great service; so-so product

I purchased this for myself, not as a gift, so the packaging was good, but overkill. I loved that I could chat with a live human on the site when I had questions. The engraving is spot on, and the tools included to add ashes are great and helpful. But the actual necklace is very underwhelming for the price point. Minus the engraving and place for the ashes, the overall quality of the sterling reminds me of something I could purchase for $20 at Target.

Lovely charm

I have not been able to fill the charm yet- too emotional. The charm and necklace are lovely and I will treasure this.
