Beautiful product, that my wife loves and now wears as her daily necklace. Two issues, take as you will - ordered 2 weeks before black Friday. Product had not yet arrived by the time BF rolled through, with a discount on the exact product I ordered. Asked if they could retroactively apply a discount and they refused. Obviously no obligation to do so, but could have been the sign of a company going "above and beyond", usually the type of merchant I see myself going back to. - when the chain arrived it was entirely knotted and took a solid 10 minutes to undo. Not sure if it was due to shipping but still was a weird annoyance I never thought I'd have to deal with buying a chain for >500$.
