Nice rug, wrong color

The rug is nice quality. Plush and soft , however color is not near the color in the picture.

Absolutely great customer service. Oh experience was easy. They did exactly what they said they would do. And when I called on a Sunday with a question, they got back to me on Sunday. I will certainly do business with him again and I will recommend them to my friends

Beautiful, thick, well made rug. Only thing was border was lighter green than it looks in pictures, which disappointed me, but the other colors were perfect.
