New board review

Bought this board as a Christmas gift for my son. After unboxing it there are multiple cracks on the topside of the board. As well as imperfections with the logo on the underside. The wheels barely rotate/spin. He loves the colors and design like any 8 year old boy. Hope the cracks don’t get any worse when he starts using it when spring and summer come.
