My husband and I purchased our 1st glowing back in (I think 2020/21. We loved it an we were always asked were we got it and hope that added to orders. Unfortunately 14days ago I noticed our heart was flickering and within a day or so it completely stopped glowing. I went online a quickly ordered a new one. Shipping was prompt and within 2~3days we had our new heart shining once again. We purchased the orange heart for "Every Child Matters" has my husband is native a we were pleased to know a % goes to donation. I highly recommend this product made in Canada , hand crafted beautiful piece to have and spark interest to those who don't know. GREAT WORK! WISHING YOU ALL SUCCESS for the future.
