Good product, issue with delivery resolved

I love the product and it looks great on the wall. The issue was the pictures arrived with minor cosmetic damage, likely due to FedEx's handling of the package, since it arrived open on both ends and I'm lucky the mounting hardware was taped inside and hadn't fallen out. Customer service, with difficult to get a hold of eventually provided a discount and a suggested fix for the cosmetic damage it arrived with.
