I am so thankful that Steele sent me free wheels. Mine were missing the clips and they gladly and quickly sent me replacements.

Fantastic customer service

One wheel on my laundry cart kept squeeking so much it made me crazy. . . THEN the wheel kept falling off! I asked the company what would help. They offered to replace the wheels. I tried WD40 to no avail, so I took them up on their offer for a new set of wheels. I had the wheels within the week. THAT impressed me. Must've worked as I have no problem with the squeaks or the wheels falling off anymore.

Replacement Casters

These casters were easy to install and have made our elevated truck easier to roll over our area rugs to get to the washer and dryer. Would highly recommend them!
