TRE Truly Canadian Pullover Hoodie

They made it right! Awesome company!

Last fall my boyfriend and I were at the Royal winter fair in Toronto. We were intrigued by their wonderful booth, they had at the event. At that time my boyfriend bought the hoodie sweatshirt. We were very impressed with quality of the hoodie, something we thought he would have for years. But after 5 months the trim inside of hoodie started to come apart. Strange because we are so easy washing garments . Always on delicate and never in the dryer. Also , it was only worn a handful of times so we're very disappointed. So, I thought I would email the company with a picture of defective item. Because of price tag of the hoodie, it's pricey , but the quality is superior. With in hours of sending the email I got a response ! So efficient, so trustworthy they have such a great customer service. I was blown away! Without any questions asked! They just wanted a mailing address, and The size the garment that was needed to make it right! They just sent us a new one!!! Unbelievable! So caring and nice! It was so wonderful to see someone do the right thing in this day and age! So I would recommend buying anything from its company.They're amazing!!! We love you guys! And thank you! Very happy customers !☺️

I bought my first TRE Truly Canadian hoodie a few weeks ago, and I am not embarrassed to say that I now have more, haha! I'm 5'7 and bought a size medium. I have also bought some as gifts for friends and family, all of whom love their's as well. As someone with poor circulation who is freezing constantly, I love how warm these hoodies are! I am also a weirdo who is super picky about fit (prefer a looser fit in the body and arms with a tighter bottom, so the hoodie doesn't fall past my booty, haha), and this Ranchy hoodie has rocked it!! Not to mention, the customer service is phenomenal! Always super kind and accommodating.
