Lova - Heart Music box with Mirror

I was searching for a while for a seller that could make a music box from a song that I wanted, not just the usual already pre-made melodies. Then I came across Donuma, and it felt like a blessing. It was exactly what I was looking for and more. All the extra customization options make the gift so much more special and meaningful. The different music box options are also really cool. The music box is great and has a nice feel to it. The engraving looks amazing, exactly how I was informed it would look. The quality of the sound is amazing, it's clear and beautiful. The QR code that comes with it is also just an extra feature that makes the gift more than just a gift, but also a memory. I really appreciate how you get updates for how the melody will sound, what the engraving will look like, and what the image in the music box will look like. You're involved in every step of the manufacturing process. It gives me a sense of security that the gift will turn out exactly how I want it to, and that there won't be any disappointments. The music box also delivered surprisingly fast. I got it in less than a month (but I believe I also ordered during a time where not many orders are being made, so it's important to keep that in mind). Overall, great service, great quality, fast shipping, and the perfect gift :)

Gorgeous. Heavy wood, feels like quality wood. The tune sounded grainy and higher pitched in the file for approval- but I’m pleasantly surprised that it sounds nicer in person. This is an impressive gift- I almost want to keep it.
