I'm pretty consistently a size 8 but I actually had to get a size 7 for these sandals because the 8 were too big lengthwise. I love the adjustable straps -- great for wide feet. The platform is super manageable and easy to walk in, but I did notice some leg pain the day after wearing them (just from the adjustment period).
