Flames Compression Leg Sleeves

Beware that these limited edition sleeves are different than the regular sleeves

I ordered these sleeves in my usual size of xs/s. They arrived and looked great. Unfortunately, the material these sleeves are made from is rather thin and not very stretchy. It is nothing like the regular sleeves I have been buying for years. I pulled them on and they barely fit over my 12.5 inch calves. Despite being tight, I felt very little compression. The tightness caused the calf part of the sleeves to fade out where it was stretched to the max. They look great at the ankles, but the flames fizzle out at the top. I may return these and try the next size up. I am more disappointed by the lack of real compression. If you plan on buying these, get them for the looks and not the compression. If you need real compression sleeves, go back to the old boring colors. Also, if you are in between sizes, go up.
