Lovely bag strap but unfortunatley not the one I ordered. Contacted Cathy, return label emailed to me and received the correct one really quickly. Very pleased with replacement and put on my bag as soon as I took it out of the packaging.

This strap is great quality and the colours are beautiful. I love the rose gold sparkle which gives a real lift. I'll use it on various bags. Fab buy and great service from Cathy.😊
