Flipstick Foldaway Adjustable

The flipstick itself is fantastic - not so when it comes to company interaction.

The flipstick itself is fantastic, I especially value the fact that it folds away into its own bag. This was a perfect stick to take on holiday, allowing me to perch whenever needed or to function as a walking stick as required. The purchase process was less great, for some reason the item did not arrive next day as I had paid for, this may be an issue with the post office however. It was a number of days and getting a response back from the company was very difficult. In addition, I ordered ferrules for an older stick (not foldable), but ferrules for this stick were included. When I spoke to the company they said they would send the correct ferrules but this has not happened (It has been a week). So a mixed bag really, but the stick is really very good (hence me now having more than one).

Thank you for my Flipstick. It is exactly as I’d hoped and will be a great asset as I’m prone to bouts of back pain. Much appreciated, especially the height adjustment as I’m tall.

I bought two - one for me and one for my mum, but sadly had to return my mum’s unused. I followed the returns and refunds instructions to the letter but unfortunately 16 days after Flipstick received my (tracked) parcel and they still havent processed my refund. So, quite a good (if somewhat overpriced) product, but terrible customer service, sadly
