Flipstick Foldaway

Great concept

I really like my new flipstick. I bought after seeing it being used by a fellow traveler on a River cruise. My only minor issue is this - it’s not adjustable to my 5’4” height. Technically, it is adjustable by angling it out a little more to I can sit on it at the bigger angle. Just need to be careful. That said, no regrets. Excellent product. Will continue to tell my friends about it and recommend it!

Very poor service

I have no idea where my flipstick is. Order was acknowledged. I sent two emails to two flipstick email addresses...asking confirmation of mailing and tracking details. Both emails remain unanswered. Maybe they are out of business. I hope my flip stick does arrive one day. Very unimpressed !
